What homeowners say about working with us

Elijah & Dave came by to do the estimate. They covered everything really well. Discussed the process, timing & price. They knew what they were doing. Mark came on the agreed day. He had to deal with animals but did all the stuff we asked. After the first day, there was a lot of progress. Mark cleaned up great so we could live in the house that evening. He came in the next morning & finished up just as promised. Our entire interaction with the company was amazing. Highly recommend.

I was very happy with the salesman Elisha and the crew Vasil and Arthur were respectful of my home. And I left them both here while I was at work both days. They were always on time and after the project was finished they put everything back as it was and vacuumed and cleaned up completely. I give this company an A+++++.
Cathy Simpson
Great experience from start to finish. The best part was the installers were an absolute joy. You could see they took pride in their work and cared about our home.
Jody Thompson
We had a very good experience. The salesman Mark was great and kept us updated on everything that was happening, and our flooring person Eugene was so good and considerate with all he had to do. 10 out of 10 recommend.

I am completely happy with Chucks Flooring. Nick did an outstanding job, he worked really hard and knew what he was doing, and David is really nice, easy to talk to, and explained what to expect from them. I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for new floors.

OUR HOME MARKET

Spartanburg is our home market

Our team is based in Boiling Springs, a short drive north of downtown Spartanburg, so this is the market we know best and the one we can reach fastest.

We work across the city and all of Spartanburg County, from Converse Heights and Hampton Heights to Roebuck, Moore, Inman, Lyman, Wellford, Duncan and Chesnee, and same-day estimates are often available.

  • Minutes away, not hours. Quick estimates and easy scheduling because we are right next door.

  • Evening and Saturday visits. Appointments from 8am to 8pm, Monday through Saturday.

  • Every floor from one team. We sell it, install it and stand behind it.

MILL HOUSES

Mill houses and historic homes need careful prep

Spartanburg grew up around its textile mills, and villages like Drayton, Glendale, Saxon, Arkwright, Clifton and Whitney are still full of mill houses. Many of them have original pine floors worth refinishing, and many sit on crawl spaces and piers that have settled over a century, leaving floors out of level.

The same is true of the older homes in Converse Heights and Hampton Heights. We check the structure underneath, level what needs leveling, and then decide with you whether to refinish, replace or cover.

  • Original floors refinished. Old pine and oak sanded and sealed instead of torn out.

  • Settled floors leveled first. Subfloor repair so a new floor sits flat and stays quiet.

  • Moisture checked on every crawl space home. The test that protects wood from cupping later.

RENTALS AND FAMILIES

Durable floors for rentals and family homes

With Wofford, Converse and USC Upstate in town, Spartanburg has plenty of rental homes, and landlords need floors that survive tenant turnover.

Waterproof luxury vinyl plank is our usual answer: it resists scratches, handles spills and pets, and replaces plank by plank if one gets damaged. Families get the same benefits in kitchens and basements, with hardwood or laminate where warmth matters more.

  • Rental-ready vinyl plank. Waterproof and scratch-resistant, so units turn over faster.

  • Value options that still look good. Our Bryant line keeps costs down without looking cheap.

  • Quick turnarounds. Most single-level installs take one to three days.

HOW IT WORKS

From samples to a finished floor

The same four steps on every job, whether it is one bedroom or the whole house.

  1. 01

    Free in-home estimate

We bring the mobile showroom to you: samples to see in your own light, careful measurements and a moisture check. Same-day visits are often available.

  2. 02

    A written quote

One clear quote for the floor you choose, with removal, subfloor prep and trim spelled out, so nothing is left to surprise you.

  3. 03

    Delivery and prep

Flooring is delivered and acclimated where the material needs it. On install day we move furniture, take out the old floor and level the subfloor.

  4. 04

    Installation and cleanup

We install, fit transitions and trim, clean up, and walk the finished floor with you before we leave.

Flooring questions from Spartanburg homeowners

Do you have a flooring store in Spartanburg?

We do not have a storefront. Our mobile showroom brings samples of every floor we sell to your home anywhere in Spartanburg County, so you can choose in your own light.

Do you work with landlords and property managers?

Yes. We install durable vinyl plank and laminate in rental homes and apartments, and we can plan work around tenant move-outs.

Can you refinish the original floors in an old mill house?

Often, yes. If the boards are thick enough and not badly damaged, refinishing brings them back. We check at the free estimate and tell you honestly if replacement makes more sense.

What areas around Spartanburg do you serve?

All of Spartanburg County, including Boiling Springs, Roebuck, Moore, Inman, Lyman, Wellford, Duncan, Chesnee, Converse, Pacolet and Woodruff, plus Greer and the Greenville area.
