Replacing builder-grade floors in Simpsonville neighborhoods
Much of Simpsonville was built in the last 25 years, and many of those homes still have the builder-grade carpet and sheet vinyl they came with. By now it is worn through in the hallways, stained in the playroom and peeling in the laundry room.
A common project here is swapping that out for waterproof vinyl plank across the main floor, with the same waterproof vinyl carried upstairs and into the bonus room.
One floor through the main level. Waterproof vinyl plank from the front door to the back deck, with no seams at every doorway.
Bonus rooms and playrooms done right. Durable, waterproof vinyl plank for the rooms kids and pets live in.
Old flooring removed as part of the job. Carpet, pad and sheet vinyl come out before the new floor goes in.

Hardwood and vinyl for every Simpsonville house
We install both solid and engineered hardwood in living rooms, bedrooms and on stairs, and we refinish the hardwood you already have. Vinyl plank handles kitchens, baths and busy entries, where water and muddy paws would ruin wood.
Most homes end up with a mix, so we plan the whole house together and pick materials that suit each room and your budget.
In-stock hardwood options. Solid and engineered wood without a long wait for a special order.
Waterproof vinyl for wet rooms. Luxury vinyl plank that stands up to spills, pets and humid months.
Squeaks and soft spots repaired. We fix subfloor problems while the floor is open, before the new material goes down.

Flooring questions from Simpsonville homeowners
How long does a flooring installation job take?
Vinyl plank or laminate on one level of a typical house takes one to three days. Hardwood adds a few days for the wood to acclimate first, and tile takes longer because it has to set and cure.
Do you take out the old floor?
Yes. Removing the old carpet, pad or sheet vinyl is part of the job, and we haul it away, so your rooms are ready for the new floor on install day.
Do you fix squeaky floors before installing new ones?
Yes. A little movement is normal as wood reacts to humidity, but loud squeaks usually mean loose fasteners or a shifting subfloor. We secure and repair it while the old floor is up.
Do you serve Five Forks, Mauldin and Fountain Inn?
Yes. We serve the whole Simpsonville area, including Five Forks, Mauldin, Fountain Inn, Lake Conestee and Piedmont, plus the rest of Greenville County.
